A Message from Our
Honorary Chairman

"Crime threatens not just the individual — it erodes the very fabric of our communities, our families, and our future. At HQ MCCC, we believe that every report made, every awareness shared, and every hand extended in solidarity brings us one step closer to the safe and harmonious Malaysia we all deserve."
It is my honour to serve as Honorary Chairman of HQ MCCC — an organisation that stands at the forefront of community-driven crime prevention across our great nation. We do not work alone. We stand on the shoulders of a strong national body, proudly led by our National President, Tan Sri Dato' Sri Musa Hassan, whose lifelong dedication to public safety has inspired a generation of crime-awareness advocates across Malaysia.
To all Malaysians — I urge you: do not remain silent in the face of injustice. Whether you have been a victim of scam, fraud, or any form of criminal activity, MCCC is here to listen, to act, and to advocate on your behalf. Your safety matters. Your voice matters.

HQ MCCC's community-driven approach has produced measurable crime reduction across the nation. Here's what the numbers say.

Malaysia recorded the highest year-on-year improvement in community crime resolution rates among ASEAN nations — attributed in part to MCCC's patrol and reporting network.

All cases referred through HQ MCCC in Q1 2025 received official police acknowledgement within 72 hours — a first in the organisation's history.
